Solid Perfect-Surface Silver (PSS) Conductors

AudioQuest's Perfect-Surface Silver (PSS) conductors further enhance performance by minimizing grain-boundary imperfections, allowing cleaner signal transmission and superior dissipation of high-frequency noise.

Carbon-Based 7-Layer Noise-Dissipation System with 3x EMI Absorption

While full shield coverage is easily achieved, effectively preventing radio-frequency interference (RFI) from affecting a system's ground reference requires a more advanced solution. AudioQuest's 7-Layer Noise-Dissipation System combines multiple layers of metal shielding with carbon-loaded synthetic materials to absorb and block unwanted electromagnetic interference. With three times greater EMI absorption, the system significantly reduces noise before it can reach the equipment's ground plane, resulting in cleaner, more accurate signal transmission.

Hard-Cell Foam Insulation

Hard-Cell Foam (HCF) insulation maintains precise conductor spacing to preserve consistent electrical performance. Unlike conventional insulation materials that absorb and release energy back into the signal path, HCF is nitrogen-injected to create air pockets that minimize energy storage. Since nitrogen absorbs virtually no energy, signal distortion is significantly reduced. The material's rigid structure also keeps the conductors in a stable relationship throughout the cable, maintaining consistent impedance and further enhancing signal accuracy.

Direct-Silver Plated Terminations

Precision-engineered connectors with direct-silver plating provide a highly conductive, low-resistance interface between cable and component.
