Solid Perfect-Surface Silver (PSS) Conductors Solid conductors eliminate electrical and magnetic interaction between strands. PSS solid silver reduces distortion associated with grain boundaries and increases linear RF noise dissipation.

Carbon-Based 7-Layer Noise-Dissipation, 3X EMI Absorption Complete shielding is straightforward. The AQ Noise-Dissipation System is designed to prevent captured RF interference from modulating the equipment’s ground reference. Metal and carbon-loaded synthetic materials prevent most RFI from reaching the equipment’s ground plane.

72v Dielectric-Bias System (DBS) Insulation also acts as a dielectric and can function as a shunt filter. Biasing reduces dielectric noise and linearises the filter, improving wide-bandwidth dissipation of induced RF noise.

Hard-Cell Foam Insulation Hard-Cell Foam (HCF) insulation maintains the critical signal-pair geometry. Any solid material next to a conductor forms part of an imperfect circuit. Wire insulation and circuit board materials absorb energy, some of which is stored and released as distortion. Similar to the Foamed-PE used in the more affordable Bridges & Falls cables, HCF is nitrogen-injected to create air pockets. Nitrogen, like air, does not absorb energy or release it into or from the conductor, reducing distortion. The material’s stiffness also keeps the conductors in a stable relationship along the cable’s full length, providing a stable impedance character and further reducing distortion.
