The IsoTek V5 Aquarius is a 6-way mains power-cleaning unit for audio and AV systems. It has 2 high-current outlets for power amplifiers, subwoofers and other demanding equipment, alongside 4 medium-current outlets for source components and other equipment. Each socket has its own dedicated power-cleaning network, providing 6 separate power cleaners within the unit.
The V5 Aquarius uses a 35% increase in circuit board copper loading to provide more power on demand. Direct current resistance is improved by at least 25%, bringing it closer to the ideal of 0 Ohms. Protection is rated at 81,000A instantaneously. The fully star-earthed network uses solid-core Ohno Continuous Cast copper internal wiring, silver-plated and insulated with an FEP virtual air dielectric.
