The Jorma Design Unity interconnects are a 1m pair of analogue cables that replace the No. 1 cables after nearly 8 years of production. The Unity design is completely different from the No. 1, while offering an improvement in all aspects for approximately the same price.
The Unity cables made their debut at CES 2011 in Las Vegas, using final prototypes. Production versions were scheduled to be heard publicly for the first time at High End 2011 in Munich in May.
Unity draws its technology from the Prime and Origo series, as well as the No. 1 and No. 2 series. Its appearance and sound are closer to Origo and Prime than to No. 1 and No. 2. Jorma Design Unity is the third series from the brand to use wooden parts, following Origo and Prime, with maple used here alongside copper labels.
