Sonetto III G2
The Sonus Faber Sonetto III G2 uses a flower-patterned woofer surround to reduce interference and improve sound dispersion. Its paper pulp sandwich cone supports precise, dynamic bass response, while the silk dome D.A.D. tweeter delivers detailed high-frequency reproduction within the balanced presentation of the Sonetto G2 collection.

The Sonus Faber Sonetto III G2 is a floor-standing speaker from the Sonetto G2 Collection, which applies technologies developed for the Suprema range within a science-led design philosophy. The collection includes stand-mounted, floor-standing and wall-mount speakers, each made from high-quality materials and reflecting Sonus faber’s Italian craftsmanship.
FLOWER-PATTERNED WOOFER SURROUND
The Sonetto G2 woofers and mid-woofers use surrounds with a Camelia flower pattern. This design reduces interference and improves sound dispersion, while the paper pulp sandwich cone structures provide a precise, dynamic bass response. The cones are paired with organic baskets designed for airflow.
SILK DOME D.A.D. TWEETER
The silk dome tweeter is designed to reproduce high frequencies with detail, completing the balanced sound of the Sonetto G2 speakers.
CAMELIA MIDRANGE SPEAKER
First developed for Suprema, the Camelia midrange speaker has a membrane shaped like the camellia flower. It is left unpainted for sound purity and mounted in an organic basket. The membrane’s shape avoids the resonances typically associated with circular membranes and supports Sonus faber’s Natural Sound signature. An aluminium Phase Plug optimises frequency response and clarity both on and off axis. The Camelia midrange is used in the Sonetto VIII, Sonetto V and Sonetto Centre.
Cork internal volume
Inherited from the Suprema speaker range, the cork chamber design used in the Sonetto V and Sonetto VIII improves midrange resolution and Natural Sound quality. Its organic form allows sound waves to move smoothly through the chamber. By removing regular internal walls, the design provides acoustic control over sound propagation and resonance.
