Signature Tuned ARAY RCA 1m pair
The Chord Cables Signature Tuned ARAY RCA 1m pair, a stereo interconnect, uses separately shielded oxygen-free copper conductors with silver plating and Tuned ARAY geometry. PTFE insulation, dual-layer foil and high-density braid shielding manage interference, while PTFE plug surrounds improve clarity and reduce mechanical noise.
The Signature Tuned ARAY RCA uses separately shielded, oxygen-free copper conductors with silver plating and Tuned ARAY conductor geometry. PTFE insulation is combined with dual-layer foil and high-density braid shielding, effective to very high frequencies. Each conductor has an FEP outer jacket, while a black braided outer jacket maintains the correct configuration.
The latest RCA version is fitted with PTFE plug surrounds. Although less visually striking than the previous acrylic versions, these provide improved performance, with greater clarity and reduced mechanical noise. The improvement is sufficient for customers with older cables featuring acrylic plug surrounds to have them returned for fitting with the PTFE version.
