S50 Network Switch

The DELA S50 is a premium network switch developed specifically for high-performance digital audio systems, providing a carefully engineered network connection for music servers, streamers and other network audio components.

Rather than adapting a conventional IT switch for audio use, DELA has designed the S50 with particular attention to power supply quality, signal integrity and the reduction of unwanted electrical noise. Its internal architecture has been optimised to provide a stable, low-noise environment for network audio transmission.

The S50 provides a combination of Ethernet connectivity designed to accommodate both audio components and the wider network infrastructure. This allows equipment such as a network player or music library to be connected through ports optimised specifically for audio applications.

Power supply design is an important part of the S50, with extensive regulation and filtering employed to minimise the influence of noise generated both internally and elsewhere on the network. The substantial chassis construction also helps provide effective mechanical and electrical isolation.

The S50 is particularly well suited to revealing high-end streaming systems where attention to every part of the digital signal chain can contribute to overall performance. Partnered with a DELA music library or high-quality network streamer, it provides a purpose-designed foundation for a sophisticated network audio system.

Beautifully constructed and engineered with the attention to detail expected from DELA, the S50 offers a dedicated audiophile alternative to conventional network switches for listeners looking to optimise every aspect of their digital music system.
