Robin Hood ZERO & Bi-Wiring
Robin Hood ZERO can be used as a full-range cable or paired with a dedicated BASS cable for high-performance Bi-Wiring. Separating treble and bass paths reduces magnetic interaction and distortion, while RF/ND-Tech helps drain RF noise away from the amplifier output. For Bi-Wiring, use ZERO with BASS, not two ZERO cables in parallel, which can cause high-frequency ringing. A single ZERO with AudioQuest Bi-Wire jumpers is the next-best option. BASS cables are designed for frequencies below 10kHz and should not be used full-range or on treble. For Tri-Wiring, use BASS on the midrange and bass inputs.
Solid Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+) Conductors
Solid PSC+ conductors eliminate strand interaction, minimise grain-boundary distortion, and improve linear RF Noise-Dissipation.
Carbon-Based Linearized Noise-Dissipation (NDS)
Multiple shields and a carbon-based resistive network dissipate RF noise across a wide bandwidth, while Direction-Controlled conductors help drain remaining noise away from sensitive amplifier circuits.
ZERO-Tech
ZERO-Tech eliminates fixed characteristic impedance by separating the conductors from the dielectric, enabling unrestricted transient current transfer and consistent RF Noise-Dissipation.
72V DBS with Level-X RF Noise-Trap
The 72V Dielectric-Bias System improves dielectric linearity and noise dissipation, while the Level-X Noise-Trap further reduces RF energy.
Directionality
AudioQuest controls conductor direction to optimise RF noise drainage. Marked arrows indicate the preferred installation direction for improved Noise-Dissipation and system performance.
Folk Hero Cold-Welded Terminations
Cold-Welded connections use high-purity Red Copper Spades or Bananas with pure-silver plating for a secure, high-quality connection.
