The PMC prophecy7 is a compact three-way loudspeaker designed around a dedicated mid-range driver, bass unit and tweeter. Its mid-range driver is mounted in a waveguide unique to the prophecy range, supporting clear vocals and detailed reproduction of instruments.
Each driver is assigned its own frequency range, allowing the bass, mid-range and treble sections to operate within their intended roles. A hand-built crossover, tuned for seamless integration between the drivers, combines the three-way design into a cohesive and natural presentation with high levels of detail and transparency.
The custom-designed bass driver works with PMC’s latest Advanced Transmission Line technology and LaminairX airflow system to produce deep, controlled and powerful low frequencies. The result is a compact loudspeaker with the scale and authority associated with a larger design, alongside the refinement and precision of its three-way architecture.
