Pro Plus

The WiiM Pro Plus is a music streamer with analogue and digital audio connections, designed to provide high-resolution streaming and straightforward system setup. Compared with the previous WiiM Pro, it brings changes to analogue input and output audio quality, total system cost and system configuration.

Easy to Setup

The WiiM Pro Plus appears automatically in the WiiM Home app. An in-app guide then supports the remainder of the setup, allowing music streaming to begin in less than 2 minutes. It can connect directly to the analogue inputs of an amplifier or active speaker, while optical and coaxial outputs are available for other applications.

AKM DAC and TI OP AMP for Better Line-Out Audio Quality

For analogue output, the WiiM Pro Plus uses an AKM 4493SEQ DAC with AKM Velvet Sound Technology, supporting up to 768 kHz PCM and DSD512. PCM and DSD switching is automatic for high-resolution audio sources. The line-out stage provides 120 dB (A-wt) SNR and THD+N of 0.00032% (-110 dB) from 44.1k to 192k.

Better ADC for Line Input

The TI Burr-Brown Audio PCM1861 ADC converts input from a record player, MP3 player or TV at up to 192kHz/32-bit digital output, with 110 dB SNR. The analogue output circuit uses an ultra-low noise clock, power supply and PCB layout designed to achieve less than –110dB THD+N performance.

Unaltered audio up to 192 kHz/24-bit

Rather than resampling to a fixed sample rate and bit depth, the WiiM Pro Plus can deliver audio up to 192kHz, 24-bit quality without alteration. Its integrated TI stereo DAC provides 106 dB SNR and -92dB THD+N performance.

The WiiM Pro Plus supports Hi-Res lossless audio from Spotify, Amazon Music, TIDAL, Deezer, Qobuz and other streaming services. It can play content ranging from MP3 quality to lossless audio and immersive sound formats, with audio output up to 192kHz, 24-bit, corresponding to the quality of an artist's studio recording.
