Power Reference III 1.8m

The Furutech Power Reference III 1.8m is a power cable with double-shielded a (Alpha)µ-Conductors designed to eliminate radiated noise. Each cable is surrounded by Formula GC-303 antimagnetic EMI-absorbent modules, while twin flexible PVC sheaths improve vibration isolation. High-quality polyethylene PE insulation reduces capacitance.

The cable uses a rhodium-plated IEC FI-25 (R) connector and a rhodium-plated Schuko FI-E35 (R) power connector. The male connector is made from rhodium-plated nonmagnetic pure copper, while the female connector uses rhodium-plated phosphor bronze. Furutech’s wire-clamping mechanism provides ultra-firm connections for Furutech Pure Transmission signal.

The Furutech Power Reference III is designed to provide greater resolution, clarity and powerful dynamics, with an ultra-quiet soundstage in which music develops more fully without artificial upper-frequency “presence region” glare. The a (Alpha) conductor is composed of fine PCOCC wire strands treated with Furutech’s a (Alpha) cryogenic and demagnetising process.
