Platinum 100 3G

The Monitor Audio Platinum 100 3G is a compact, two-way bookshelf speaker for high-performance music systems, desktop set-ups and dedicated two-channel listening in smaller rooms. Its cabinet size supports a versatile installation, while the design provides clarity, precision and depth for music and cinematic soundtracks.

High frequencies are handled by the MPD III high-frequency transducer, which produces detailed, airy treble with low distortion. A 6-inch RDT III mid-bass driver covers the low and midrange, delivering tight, controlled frequencies and a solid foundation. Together, the drivers produce a coherent, natural presentation that suits smaller listening spaces without compromising fidelity.

The rear-ported cabinet supports airflow and bass response while maintaining a balanced, full-bodied sound. The Platinum 100 3G has mount points compatible with the previous Platinum 2G Stand and is directly compatible with the new ST-2 Universal Stand, giving users flexibility when positioning the speakers.

Etched decorative inlays complement the cabinet finish, with the Monitor Audio Platinum 100 3G available in Piano Black, Piano Ebony and Pure Satin White.
