Orea Indigo
The IsoAcoustics Orea Indigo isolates high-fidelity audio components from vibration while managing unwanted energy within its tuned core. Each unit supports up to 7.2kg and adheres to the component and supporting surface, helping release greater clarity and a more open, three-dimensional soundstage.
The IsoAcoustics Orea Indigo is a vibration isolator for high-fidelity audio components, including amplifiers, monoblock amplifiers, DACs, CD players and turntables. Its patented IsoAcoustics design manages energy and isolates components from parasitic vibration, supporting greater sound clarity, openness and a 3-dimensional soundstage.
Each Indigo supports up to 16lbs (7.2kg). A coloured ring on the bottom isolator identifies the model and its weight capacity. Orea units are packaged individually, allowing the number of units to be selected according to the component. A minimum of 3 units is recommended under each component, depending on its weight.
The upper flange is designed to create a suction cup-like effect against the underside of the component, while the lower flange adheres to the supporting surface. The core manages the energy and is tuned for specific weight ranges.
Existing component feet may connect well and fit around the perimeter of the Indigo. Removing the feet entirely may provide better performance, or the Indigo can be positioned around the existing feet so that it connects directly to the component’s chassis or base.
