Designed for Noise-Free Operation

The N50’s architecture separates its critical functions to reduce interference with the music:

• Triple-chassis architecture, comprising Server, Power and Audio sections. Physical separation allows each chassis to operate in isolation, reducing internal interference.

• Isolated network ports. Independent network connections provide clean signal paths and improved noise immunity, preserving the integrity of the source.

Precise Timing for Musical Flow

Precision clocking forms a central part of the N50’s design:

• OCXO clock with FPGA control. A high-stability OCXO clock, controlled by a dedicated FPGA, provides low jitter and precise timing.

• External clock input. The N50 supports an external master clock for systems requiring greater precision.

Dual Supreme Toroidal Transformers with Multi-Layer Filtering

• The N50 uses 2 laboratory-selected, high-inductance toroidal transformers to provide clean power to the audio section.

• Each transformer is vacuum-encapsulated and epoxy-filled inside a polished stainless-steel enclosure for isolation and durability.

• Multi-layer AC and DC filtering reduces power-line noise and provides a clean foundation for the audio system.
