MC02

The ADOT MC02 Fibre Kit is a high-performance network isolation solution designed specifically for premium digital audio and music streaming systems.

Conventional copper Ethernet connections can provide a path for unwanted electrical noise generated by routers, switches and other network devices to travel into sensitive audio equipment. The MC02 addresses this by converting the Ethernet connection to optical fibre, transmitting network data using light and providing galvanic isolation between the home network and your audio system.

A key feature of the MC02 kit is its upgraded low-noise linear power supply. Rather than relying on a conventional switching power supply, the linear supply provides clean and stable power to the media converters, helping to further reduce electrical noise within the network connection.

The combination of optical isolation and a dedicated linear power supply makes the MC02 particularly well suited to high-performance streaming systems, where careful attention to network infrastructure and power quality can help connected components perform at their best.

Installation is straightforward and requires no specialist network configuration. The MC02 can be used with a wide variety of network streamers, music servers and audiophile network switches, making it easy to integrate into an existing system.

For listeners looking to optimise the network feeding a high-quality digital audio system, the ADOT MC02 Fibre Kit combines effective fibre-optic isolation with a high-quality linear power supply in a simple, purpose-designed package.
