MB2 SE

The PMC MB2 SE is a 3-way reference monitor developed from the company’s high-end IB2, MB2, MB2 XBD and BB5 designs. It combines British cabinet-making with acoustic research and development, with the SE version introducing revised elements intended to refine musical reproduction and bring the listener closer to the original performance.

The design incorporates new internal bracing, computer-modelled driver dispersion surrounds and custom-designed, specially tuned stands. Together, these features are intended to produce a purer musical signal, with greater musicality and a sense of scale.

For greater depth and physical scale, the twin-cabinet MB2 XBDSE provides an alternative configuration based on the same reference-monitor approach. A dedicated MB2-C SE centre channel is also available.
