MB2-A SE

The PMC MB2-A SE is an active mid-sized loudspeaker from the SE range, offering the clarity and emotional expression of the IB2 while resolving additional bass detail. It reproduces low-frequency audio down to 20Hz.

Its Radial™ bass unit uses a rigid exo-skeleton for physical and thermal stability. The cone allows large excursions, while the exposed fins act as a heat sink to keep the voice coil cool during operation.

The amplification is precisely matched to the loudspeaker’s design and power requirements, then directly coupled to the drive units for greater control and more efficient energy transfer. This increases headroom and resolution, improves transient performance, and supports a natural, powerful presentation.

Frequency controls allow the active system to be adjusted for listening preferences and the individual room. PMC MB2-A SE loudspeakers are tuned in situ by factory-trained installation engineers to optimise their performance.
