F501

The Fyne Audio F501 is a floorstanding loudspeaker for small to medium-sized rooms, combining a compact cabinet with low bass and dynamic range. It is the smaller of the 2 floorstanding loudspeakers in the F500 series, with a 150mm (6″) proprietary IsoFlare driver matched to a 150mm (6″) bass driver.

The IsoFlare driver uses isotropic energy radiation and point-source constant directivity to produce consistent stereo imaging, including when listening off axis. The dedicated plinth incorporates Fyne Audio’s BassTrax Tractrix diffuser system, which directs bass energy uniformly into the room. The cabinet uses a downwards-firing port and twin cavity coupled reflex loading.

A gently curved front and rear baffle reduces colouration effects and contributes to the acoustic performance. The F501 is available with dark oak or black oak real wood veneer, or in piano gloss black or white. It can be used in a Home Theatre or Hi-Fi system.
