Classic 100

The Spendor Classic 100 is a British-made, full-range loudspeaker developed from more than 5 decades of Spendor Classic design. The range has been used by audiophiles, musicians and professional sound engineers, and is regarded by many as a reference standard.

Following the worldwide response to the flagship SP200, Spendor introduced its most significant performance improvements across the range in 2017. The Classic 100 uses a new generation of drive units with advanced polymer and Kevlar cones, cast magnesium alloy chassis, high-efficiency motor systems, optimised electro-dynamic damping and thermal dissipation.

Its crossover networks have been refined, while the cabinet incorporates an enhanced structure and new elastomer panel damping. A magnetic grille completes the cabinet design. Spendor has retained the warmth and charm associated with its original 70s loudspeakers while developing the Classic 100 for current use.
