CD Box RS2 T Transport

This ex-display Pro-Ject CD Box RS2 T is a high-performance CD transport designed for listeners who want to extract the very best from their CD collection when partnered with a high-quality external DAC.

Unlike a conventional CD player, the CD Box RS2 T is dedicated purely to reading the disc and delivering an accurate digital signal to your chosen DAC. Its sophisticated CD transport mechanism is engineered specifically for audio CD playback, with careful attention paid to mechanical stability, vibration control and accurate data retrieval.

The substantial aluminium chassis provides excellent rigidity and helps protect the sensitive internal electronics from unwanted interference. A choice of digital outputs also makes the CD Box RS2 T easy to integrate into a wide range of high-end digital systems.

Partnered with a suitably capable DAC, the CD Box RS2 T delivers superb clarity, detail and precision, making it an excellent choice for anyone with a serious CD collection who wants a dedicated transport rather than an all-in-one player.

This ex-display example offers an excellent opportunity to acquire Pro-Ject’s reference-level CD transport at a significant saving over the new retail price.
