CD-10
The Gold Note CD-10 combines CD playback with digital inputs and outputs, balanced and unbalanced analogue outputs, and AK4493 D/A conversion for use with digital sources. Its touchscreen, rotary control and supplied remote operate the unit, while the compact chassis accepts the optional PSU-10 EVO external power supply upgrade.

The Gold Note CD-10 is a compact CD player with digital inputs, digital outputs and an option to add an external power supply. It forms part of Gold Note’s 10 series and can also operate as a DAC for digital sources.
Touchscreen display
The front panel has a touchscreen display for playback information and controls. Operation is also available through the included multifunction Gold Note remote control or the Gold Note Single Knob Control rotary knob on the front panel.
High-end CD mechanism
CD playback uses a mechanism made in Austria by Stream Unlimited and developed specifically for high-performance audio applications. It is designed to extract information from the disc with precision.
High-resolution D/A
The AK4493 D/A converter is made in Japan by AKM. Gold Note pairs it with discrete component designs and its analogue stage.
Digital inputs and outputs
Digital sources can be connected through the 2 inputs, COAX and TOS. The CD-10 also provides 2 digital outputs, COAX and TOS, alongside balanced and unbalanced analogue outputs.
External power supply
The Gold Note CD-10 can be upgraded with the PSU-10 EVO external power supply as part of Gold Note’s modular approach. This unit uses a dual choke inductive filter designed to provide a clean current reserve for the CD-10.
