Hard-Cell Foam Insulation
Hard-Cell Foam (HCF) insulation maintains accurate conductor spacing while limiting energy absorption. Conventional insulation materials may store electrical energy and release it into the signal, causing distortion. HCF is nitrogen-injected to form air pockets, reducing dielectric absorption because nitrogen does not store or release energy. Its rigid structure maintains consistent conductor geometry along the cable, supporting stable impedance and signal integrity.Cold-Welded Hanging-Silver over Pure Purple Copper Terminations
