BB5-A SE

The PMC BB5-A SE is an active loudspeaker with a 15” Radial™ bass unit and PMC’s ATL™ (Advanced Transmission Line) bass-loading principle. It is the largest model in the range, designed to handle music with a wide dynamic range while also reproducing subtle acoustic material with the dexterity and delicacy associated with a compact design.

Its amplification is tailored to the speaker’s design and power requirements, then directly coupled to the drive units for improved control and more efficient energy transfer. This increases headroom and resolution, improves transient performance, and supports a more life-like, natural-sounding and powerful presentation. Frequency controls allow the active system to be adjusted for listening preferences and the individual listening environment. For performance in situ, each speaker is tuned by PMC’s factory-trained installation engineers.
