The new flagship line combines handcrafted construction with composite materials. Its design centres on the use of advanced materials and structural engineering.

It combines harmonious forms with a carbon main structure, the CFRP ENDOSKELETON, and highly cushioning techno gel supporting the shelves, known as LHPS SHELVES. This material combination is intended to establish a different approach to equipment support and challenge established assumptions.

The line was designed for demanding enthusiasts. AEON is the forefather of the range, and its name means “era” or “eternity”. It has been tested using anti-seismic methodologies and certified with advanced testing equipment, which identified weak points and allowed them to be addressed during development.

CFRP ENDOSKELETON 2.0

Composite materials form the system’s frame. Carbon fibre is an anisotropic material, reacting differently to the forces applied to it. Its high stiffness and low weight have led to its use in the aerospace and automotive industries.

The CFRP, an acronym for Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer, ENDOSKELETON uses a BIDIRECTIONAL carbon and glass fibre sandwich structure reinforced with structural resins. Fibre orientation was optimised through structural and accelerometric testing, which identified critical stress points. This produced a main frame weighing around 600 grams and capable of supporting up to 140 times its own weight. The CFRP ENDOSKELETON is a MONOCOQUE BODY, formed from a single monolithic element made from a solid machined aluminium plate. Monocoque bodies have no structural welding, which is their distinguishing feature. This construction is also used for the safety air frames of F1 cars.

LHPS SHELVES 2.0

Lightweight High Performance Sandwich is a material combination designed to support sound performance. Each shelf section has a 1 mm thick monodirectional carbon fibre shell and special polyurethane foam with overlapping epoxy resin, forming supporting ribs. This construction disperses residual vibrations generated by source components as heat, provides high resistance to compression and static load, and distributes forces evenly, as demonstrated by modal analysis.
The 4 techno gel grommets supporting each shelf allow movement in 3 directions and reduce direct vibrations generated by sound pressure.
