A Versatile Utility Player

ACS100 provides CD ripping, library management and central server functionality for Aurender systems. Designed as an accessory or add-on, it offers the utility of ACS10 in a simpler package.

ACS100 uses a less expensive external switch-mode power supply rather than a linear power supply. It also omits the dedicated filtered and isolated USB audio output, as its primary role is as a stand-alone central server.

It is suited to use with A200, A15, A20, N20, W20SE and N30SA. While providing additional functionality to another Aurender system, ACS100 can also serve as a source component for a second system.

Reference Quality Automatic CD Ripping

ACS is intended for converting a CD collection to a file-based format. Its TEAC optical drive and customised audiophile CD ripping engine provide lossless, error-corrected CD rips.

Central Server Hub

Where more than one system is used, ACS can act as the central location for the music library. Other Aurender systems on the network can stream the library from ACS. With ACS managing content storage and server tasks, the other systems have fewer tasks to handle.

Nimbie Auto-Loader Compatibility

For larger CD archival projects, an Acronova Nimbie Auto Loader can be connected for automated batch ripping. The Nimbie Auto Loader is sold separately.

Metadata Editing and Library Management

Music libraries require ongoing organisation and maintenance. The dedicated ACS Manager app allows the user to manage, catalogue and edit a large library for straightforward access.

User-Installable Storage Options

ACS100 has two trays for user-installable storage. Up to two 8TB SSDs can be installed, providing 16TB of internal storage capacity. This accommodates large music libraries.

The ACS system includes substantial processing power and system memory, providing headroom for expanded functionality now and in the future.
