The EAR 534 is a 50W-per-channel push-pull stereo power amplifier using eight EL34 valves, four per channel. It supports 4, 8 and 16Ω loudspeaker loads and features self-biasing operation with both balanced and unbalanced inputs. Its distinctive chrome fascia complements the compact, professional design.
Designed for both demanding audiophile systems and professional studio monitoring, the EAR 534 combines push-pull output and driver stages with a high-quality, internally designed output transformer and low negative feedback.
The amplifier operates in pure Class A, delivering a smooth, controlled and highly transparent presentation. It can also be configured in bridged-mono mode, transforming the amplifier into a true monoblock for systems requiring greater output capability.
Long valve life and straightforward self-biasing help keep maintenance simple and replacement costs modest.
