3B SST3

The Bryston 3B³ is a dual-channel stereo power amplifier for audio and home cinema systems that require substantial power alongside sonic accuracy, stability and long-term reliability.

An active, extremely low-distortion input buffer is combined with balanced and unbalanced inputs, plus selectable 23dB or 29dB gain for flexible system matching. Regulated power supplies serve all voltage-gain stages, while each channel has an independent power supply to improve separation and maintain consistent performance.

The amplifier uses a robust, fully aluminium chassis with convection cooling, so no fans or other moving parts are required. This provides silent operation and effective thermal management for long-term use.

A bridging switch configures the 2 channels as a single 400W mono amplifier when additional power is required.
