212 Black Label

The REL 212 Black Label is a high-power subwoofer for large rooms, stereo systems and home cinemas. It combines dual 12" CarbonAlloy™ active drivers, dual 12" passive radiators and a 1,000-watt Linear Class D amplifier, providing over 450 square inches (1,166 sq cm) of piston area. The design is intended to produce substantial output while retaining speed, detail and tonal colour.

The 212 Black Label can be used to support reference-grade theatre systems or large-scale stereo installations. A stereo pair can approach the authority of a full Line Array, while the cabinet is designed to integrate with different systems and room layouts. An optional premium wood grille is available. As a natural wood material, grain and colour variations are expected and unique to each grille.

The cabinet has a single vertical strake running its full height, finished with a crown badge. A black badge framed in carbon fibre is fitted to the top panel to identify the Black Label version. Warm silver, bead-blasted handles have a raw titanium appearance and provide a practical way to handle the enclosure. Solid billet aluminium components inside the cabinet help maintain stability and reduce unwanted resonance.

REL 212 Black Label is finished with a cabinet design developed for both airflow and appearance. The optional premium wood grille completes the enclosure while allowing the subwoofer to form part of a stereo or theatre system.
