  • Stripe – secure online payment processing. Jordan Acoustics does not store your full payment card details.
  • Delivery companies, manufacturers, authorised service centres, IT providers and professional advisers where necessary to fulfil our services or comply with legal obligations.

We never sell your personal information.

8. Payments

Online card payments are securely processed by Stripe. Payment information is handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards and Stripe’s own privacy requirements. Jordan Acoustics does not store your full payment card details.

9. Marketing

If you subscribe to our mailing list, your name and email address are managed securely through Mailchimp. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

10. Product Serial Numbers

We may record the serial numbers of products we supply for warranty administration, theft prevention, product recalls, servicing, repairs and proof of ownership. Serial numbers may be shared with manufacturers where necessary to provide after-sales support.
